The Endoscopy nurse will provide services to both inpatients and outpatients. He/she will be able to assist in endoscopic procedures such as bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, liver biopsy and sigmoidoscopy. The Endoscopy nurse will be proficient in providing emergency interventions when necessary and will be competent in rendering conscious sedation under the direction of a physician. What qualifications you will need:
Required: Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or Compact License when applicable; American Heart Association BLS; American Heart Association ACLS within 3 months of hire
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 2 years of nursing experience, Endoscopy experience preferred. Located in Derry, NH, Parkland Medical Center is a regional acute-care hospital offering 86 beds and a Level III Trauma Center. HCA Healthcare owns the facility, along with three other hospitals, two freestanding emergency rooms, an ambulatory surgery center, and an urgent care center in New Hampshire. The Endoscopy nurse will provide services to both inpatients and outpatients. He/she will be able to assist in endoscopic procedures such as bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, liver biopsy and sigmoidoscopy. The Endoscopy nurse will be proficient in providing emergency interventions when necessary and will be competent in rendering conscious sedation under the direction of a physician.What qualifications you will need:
Required: Registered Nurse with New Hampshire license or Compact License when applicable; American Heart Association BLS; American Heart Association ACLS within 3 months of hire
Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 2 years of nursing experience, Endoscopy experience preferred.Located in Derry, NH, Parkland Medical Center is a regional acute-care hospital offering 86 beds and a Level III Trauma Center. HCA Healthcare owns the facility, along with three other hospitals, two freestanding emergency rooms, an ambulatory surgery center, and an urgent care center in New Hampshire.
