Job Summary and QualificationsAs an Admission/Discharge Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility is to ensure an effective discharge process for patients by assessing for needs and understanding of their care after they are discharged. You will also collaborate with inpatient directors to positively affect the patient’s overall experience. In addition to these responsibilities, you will:
- Assist with throughput by facilitating timely admissions and discharges
- Assist with and perform elements of patient admission to include, but not limited to the following upon patient arrival:
- Admission Arrival
- First Point of Contact
- Admission History
- Medication Reconciliation
- Skin Assessment
- Serve as the liaison between the patient and care team to assist with coordinating discharge care.
- Initiate and document patient teaching, admission education, and discharge planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
- Support care experience by assisting with discharge phone calls on inpatients; and provide relevant updates from phone calls as needed to Directors, ACNO, and CNO
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, ancillary department, and other customers
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
What qualifications you will need:
- Nursing graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing required, BSN preferred
- Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing preferred
- BLS required
- Licensed a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia or has a Compact license

Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a highly-skilled and compassionate RN to deliver exceptional patient care in our 24-bed mother baby unit. What you will do in this role:
- As a registered nurse you will deliver patient-centered nursing care to mothers following delivery, educating them on what to expect post-delivery and what to watch for in terms of postpartum complications.

What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.

- 1 year of nursing experience in maternal infant preferred.
- Current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) Certification.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred.

- Recognize and address urgent and emergent surgical situation

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT)

The School Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct school nursing services in an effort to promote prevention, medical management and academics. Must be fingerprinted to work in a NJ school system or willing to do so upon hire.

Essential Job Functions
. Provides school nursing services to direct service school districts
. Assesses and evaluates the health and developmental status of the student in order to make a nursing diagnosis and establish a priority for action
. Interprets the health and developmental status of the student to school personnel, parents, and the student as appropriate
. Serves as a health resource person in the health instruction curriculum and takes leadership with faculties in planning and implementing a health education programs.
. Provides parent education related to student needs
. Participation in the development of Health Plans and attend school conferences when applicable. Provide care, delegate and teach care to others under the established plan of care while following the direction of a physician, nursing supervisor, school designee and/or parent

We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our Peri-operative team. As an RN in OR setting you will collaborate with other members of the health care team including physicians, to deliver quality health care. In this role you will provide the best possible preventative and supportive intra-operative care to each patient based upon their individual needs.
What you will do in this role:
- Recognize and address urgent and emergent surgical situation
- Foster continuity and quality of care in the best interests of patients
- Assess and monitor patients’ medical status while in the OR
- Assess patient’s condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care
- Ensure the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment
- Keep the operating room sterilized
- Review charts for completeness, in accordance with documentation protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, and physicians to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
. Minimum 1 year previous perioperative experience or completion of Perioperative Nursing course preferred
. 1 year of RN experience in an Acute Care environment preferred
. BSN is preferred
. BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) required
. CNOR preferred
