Job Summary

  • The LPN with Clinics is accountable for providing high quality professional care to patients and families under the supervision of the provider in their scope of practice.
  • Position will mainly support the General Surgery Clinic, but will be cross-trained to other specialty clinic areas.

Education and/or Experience

  • Previous clinic experience preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing required

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
